Child Safety Standards

Last updated: 31 July 2026

Fallenly, operated by Fovty Solutions, is committed to protecting children and to preventing any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. Fallenly is a dating application intended strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any conduct that endangers minors.

This page sets out the standards we follow to keep children safe, in line with Google Play's child safety standards requirements and applicable law.

1. Our Zero-Tolerance Standard

We strictly prohibit:

  • Any content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers a minor
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
  • Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to contact, lure, or exploit a minor
  • The use of Fallenly by anyone under the age of 18

Any user found engaging in such conduct will have their account permanently banned, their content removed, and the matter reported to the appropriate authorities.

2. Preventing Access by Minors

Fallenly is for adults only. To prevent underage use, we:

  • Require every user to confirm they are 18 years of age or older during sign-up
  • Collect date of birth and restrict access for anyone under 18
  • Remove any account we identify as belonging to a person under 18
3. Detecting and Reporting Abuse

We provide tools and processes to identify and act on child safety concerns:

  • Users can report any profile, message, or piece of content directly within the app
  • Users can block any other user
  • We review reports of content or behaviour that may involve a minor or CSAE
  • Content that violates our child safety standards is removed
4. Responding to Violations

When we identify content or conduct that involves child sexual abuse or exploitation, we:

  • Remove the content and suspend or permanently ban the responsible account
  • Preserve relevant information as required by law
  • Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant authorities in India, including as required under Indian law
  • Cooperate with law enforcement investigations
5. Compliance with Law

We comply with applicable child protection laws, including India's Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and other applicable regulations governing the reporting and removal of child sexual abuse material.

6. Designated Child Safety Contact

We maintain a designated point of contact for child safety matters who is able to respond to questions about our CSAM prevention practices and compliance.
